REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
(SURABAYA)
This position reports to Regional Sales Director and will be responsible to coordinate Danone AQUA sales team in Surabaya to achieve company target dan promotion activities.
For Area Sales Manager position, the key roles are:
For Area Sales Manager position, the key roles are:
· Monitor and evaluate area’s sales (depo TIV & distribution)
· Coordinate and realization the area sales target
· Develop marketing strategic plan and area development plan
· Monitor and supervise competitors’ activities
· Visit area and maintenance customer (randomly) and solve problems in the area
· Monitor and assist the tracing of counterfeit products
· Ensure stock level as being defined
· Ensure the circulation of distribution payment and depo TIV’s claim accordance with the defined percentage
· Make Operational Activity report and Sales Activity report
· Monitor and evaluate performance of Depo’s Head, Key Account
· Coordinate with other division
Responsibilities:
· Achievement of volume and value target sales
· Manage Area Operational activities
· Manage market development in the area
· Ensure Sales Program in Depo TIV & distributor is done in accordance with the company policy
· Validate budget and voucher for operational cost in accordance with the TIV policy
· Monitor Depo TIV’s operational cost and other cost that relate with his area
· Performance Ka. Depo, Division Regional/ Key Account
The qualifications are:
· Having min. 2 years experience in the field of sales area
· Having knowledge of Surabaya market
· Have knowledge and skill in sales area
· Demonstrate good communication skills
· Able to work individually and as a team
· Willing to be placed in Surabaya
