SERVICE MANAGER (SM- Balikpapan)

Requirements:
  • S1 Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or related fields from a reputable university
  • Good technical exposures in diesel engines
  • Experience in managing workshop and field service of diesel engines (or similar product) in Multi National Company for at least 5 years with a good track records
  • Good leadership and excellent skills in communication, negotiation and presentation
  • High integrity and good work ethics, strong drive and initiative to work under pressure, customer focus/orientation and a team player
  • Able to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Computer literate (Ms Office)
  • To be posted in Balikpapan

General Service Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Manage, provide & support general services matters including security, Policlinic, Gardens, Canteen supplies, Catering services
  • Provide report of employee’s attendance, overtime and working hours
  • Provide the required workers and fulfill required qualifications while ensuring to fulfill man power regulation, reporting the headcount and personnel issue
  • Manage events held in the plant
  • Manage and Distribution Non Inventory items stored in the plant for promotional purpose
  • Provide and ensure fulfilling regulation to get permits operating the plant such as IMB, PBB, Taxes, Izin Gangguan/HO, SIPA, Izin Depnaker, izin lingkungan hidup (e.g.waste management : Amdal / UKL/UPL, SIPLC, etc )
  • Support HSE, Social Program at the Plant and CSR ( Corporate Social Responsibility ) aspects to surrounding community of the plant through communication and coordination with local authority in fulfilling regulation
  • Pest Management Control
  • Site Communication

Your Qualifications:
University graduate from a reputable university with a minimum of two years experience at a supervisory level preferably in the healthcare industry. She/He has good understanding of regulation (Government and Company Policy), good relationship and networking with all parties (Internal & External). The position requires somebody who is assertive, possess good time management, has sound analytical problem solving, forward planning and excellent interpersonal skill. Communication skills in both Indonesian and English are essential.
