Responsibilities :
The role comprises the whole spectrum of corporate communications to address both internal and external stakeholders in an integrated manner. Provide leadership, conceptualization, planning and execution support of communication strategies and projects in Indonesia to build and promote brand and reputation, foster employee engagement, and to help achieve business goals . Collaborate on APAC and global communication projects as required.
Requirements :
- Minimum is a bachelor degree from a leading university
- Can be in marketing / communications / journalism or related field, but candidates from other disciplines will also be considered depending on relevant experience
- minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- prior work experience in major multinational company with substantial Indonesia presence a must
- broad experience in corporate communications addressing both external and internal stakeholders / audiences – including:
Integrated communication strategy and concept development
- Media and PR
- Customer / Market communication
- Online communications
- Collateral development (brochures, AVs, magazines, presentations, web sites etc.)
- Experience in communications support for M&A projects desirable but not a must
- Experience in media handling, including developing and pitching stories and interview opportunities and media activity preparation (including press conferences), spokesperson briefing as well as execution and follow-up
- Network with key business financial publications in Indonesia. Relevant industry publication network desirable
- Proven track record of successfully conceptualized and executed integrated / internal / external and other communication projects and strategies
- excellent writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and very good writing skills in English a must
- Proven track record of working effectively with senior management and business leaders and providing strategic counseling and training to leader.
- Strong Interpersonal Skill
- Fully literate on key business applications including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent English & Bahasa Indonesia both written and spoken
