Restaurant Manager
We are the company with core activity in F&B industry. The job responsibility includes but not limited to the following:
·         Training & team building
·         Reporting to the management
·         Management of daily operations
·         Daily briefings
·         Market research
·         Meeting the target revenue of the restaurant
·         Collaborating with kitchen staffs to ensure food quality and consistency
·         Control of banquet sales and special events
·         Control of food and drink cost
·         Innovation in food and drink
·         Entertaining regular guests
·         Increasing number of prospective customers
·         Sales calls
Requirements :
·         Bachelor degree in hospitality or tourism industry
·         Have a minimum of 5 year experience in F&B industry
·         Preferably possess knowledge of Chinese cuisine
·         Good command in English and preferably Mandarin
·         Ability to working under pressure
·         Have a strong leadership and a sense of belonging
·         Knowledgeable in restaurant operation and SOPs
·         Good communication skills & team wor

CALL CENTER MANAGER
Position Description
He/ She will be responsible in managing and directing all aspects of incoming call center operations, Implementation and reviewing call center policies and procedures. He / She will be also responsible for development  and monitoring quotas for service volume and timeliness, motivating call center operators to achieve high performance, overseeing the design and delivery of all training programs, and monitoring calls for quality assurance.


Qualifications:  
·         S1 in any discipline
·         Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
·         Three (3) years experience in a call center environment and at least one year as the Head Of Call Center, (have an experience in the medical emergency assistance )

Position Descriptio
He/She oversees staff including the adjusters and the claims examiners who analyze the claims to make sure that claims are dealt in accordance with the company’s policy and procedure guides. Makes recommendations to Management, based on findings (analysis) for improvement purposes. 


Qualifications:
·         Male/ Female, maximum 35 years of age
·         S1 Medical Doctor/Pharmacy from reputable university
·         AAAK Certification is preferred or ATLS (Advance Trauma Life Support) for Medical Doctor
·         Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
·         Able to operate Ms. Office
·         Self motivated and can work independently
·         Able to work in a team

Qualifications:

·         S1 from any field
·        Preferably 2 year experience in similar position (Preferred those who have experience in Provider Relation Managed Care)
·         Able to operate Ms. Office
·         Excellent presentation & communication skill
·  Good personality, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in team environment  
·         Willing to travel outside of town

SAFETY MANAGER (SM)

Requirements:
Male, age between 30 – 40 years old
Have D3 to S1 Degree in Safety or civil / architectural engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience as Safety Officer in building / marine projects / Oil & Gas Industry.
Good understanding of lifting equipment and devices, inspection of major construction equipment, inspection of scaffolding, safety and environmental regulations.
Computer literally
Has a planning & organizing capabilities, strong in leadership, team worker and good command of English both oral and written
