KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, IVD
Responsibilities
- Explore, develop new distributors, and consolidate sales network in assigned territories; manage and enhance relationship with existing sales distributors; train, manage, and support distribution network for achieving sales targets.
- Develop and implement business expansion strategy for assigned region to meet business goals and objectives.
- Provide advice and support to tenders in private and public sectors.
- Collect, analyze information about the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers’ requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotion activities.
- Work closely with sales and marketing team in the Headquarters for new product launch and promotion; assist Sales Managers to craft product development, product positioning and pricing strategies for assigned region.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Medical, Bio-medical, Life Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of proven track record in Medical Device sales preferably in Haematology Analyzer, Bio-Chemical Analyzer, ELISA, Immunoassay, Urine Analyzer, gained in major healthcare MNCs or their local distributors.
- Experienced in managing distribution network.
- Self motivated and good teamwork spirit.
- Native local language speaker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Willing to travel and relocate.
